Conferences, Meetings, Workshops – in Hotel INNdependence

We have two meeting venues providing variable space for groups of 8 to 60 people. Every room has a break lounge which includes a coffee machine, a tea maker and a selection of snacks. The conference package includes presentation technology, material, drinks and snacks, as well as a 4-course lunch buffet in our restaurant.

Additional presentation and material can be requested in advance, as well as a 3-course dinner buffet. For overnight stays Hotel INNdependence has up to 32 rooms, 14 suitable for wheelchair users, which can be reserved at a special conference price.


In order to process your reservation enquiry as quickly and precisely as possible, we need as much information about the following as is possible:

  • name of company or organization
  • contact person
  • conference date(s)
  • number of attendees
  • required conference venue
  • required conference package cost
  • required extras (facilities, dinner buffet)
  • number of overnight stays / rooms
  • room category, number of people per room (single / double)
  • address, phone number, fax number (if available)
  • your comments and questions

Dear guests,

Due to Corona regulation, we are currently only allowed to accept business travelers.
Travel for special occasions, for example for medical reasons, is also possible.
Tourist trips are explicitly prohibited.

We ask you to tell us the reason for your arrival so that we can legally accommodate you.
This regulation is provisionally valid until December 21st, 2020.
