Conferences, Meetings, Workshops – in Hotel INNdependence

In our two conference areas, room variants for 6 to 100 people are available - depending on requirements and seating. Each conference area has a lounge with fully automatic coffee machine and hot water heater for tea. The conference packages include presentation equipment, working materials, drinks, savoury and sweet snacks and participation in the lunch buffet.

 

Additional presentation and working materials as well as a dinner in the form of a cold buffet with soup or as a three-course dinner buffet can also be booked.

 

For overnight accommodation, the Hotel INNdependence offers 32 rooms, depending on availability, 15 of which are barrier-free. Eight rooms are also suitable for wheelchair users.

In order to process your reservation enquiry as quickly and precisely as possible, we need as much information about the following as is possible:

  • name of company or organization
  • contact person
  • conference date(s)
  • number of attendees
  • required conference venue
  • required conference package cost
  • required extras (facilities, dinner buffet)
  • number of overnight stays / rooms
